Friday’s Tid-Bits (Week14)

Sharing with you some of my favourite pre-loved, shabby chic and vintage treasures that I’ve stumbled upon whilst doing my research…

I absolutely adore Vicky Trainor’s Vintage Draw collection full of pretty English country florals, inspired by Vicky’s secret hoarding of vintage linens. The collection includes personalised invitations, menus and place names, and other products such as this, that are already made and ready to go to new homes! Much love!

Left: LOVE these antique silver pitchers and serving pieces offered by the bride’s family and friends, displaying candles, centrepieces and programmes. (Ruffled)

Right: So beautifully simple! You could find lovely little crystal glasses like these in all the usual haunts- junk shops, boot fairs, antique fairs… (The Wedding Chicks)

We all know that mis-matched is my favourite style! So it goes without saying that I am head over heels for these darling ‘happily ever after’ signs I came across on Green Wedding Shoes.

Love this ‘Bohemian Beach Wedding Ideas’ post on Green Wedding Shoes! My favourite is this adorable picnic on the beach idea! Actually it’s the picnic itself that appeals to me most- low tables and scatter cushions- so romantic! (You may need a proper table and chairs for your grandparents mind)!

This ‘Rock ‘n Roll Bride‘ loved the idea of being able to treasure her bouquet, so rather than spending out on flowers that would would only last a few hours, she embarked upon this fabulous fabric/book flower project. She found some newspaper flowers on Etsy and mixed in some of her own! Think you’ll agree these pieces are to die for!

Handmade travel postcards as escort cards- delightful! Featured as part of a travel-themed wedding on Elizabeth Anne Designs.

Hope you love these little ideas as much as much as I do! Which is your favourite? xXx
